Project Size: 104 Acres

R. W. Thorpe & Associates, Inc. participated on the management team to annex and rezone a 104 acre property for the development of a regional shopping center, office park, motel with conference facilities and residential development. The development was designed to have a comprehensive recreation component, including equestrian trails, wetland and interpretive trails and observation areas. Other responsibilities included development of the Master Plan, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, landscape and recreation plan.
