R. W. Thorpe & Associates, Inc. prepared "site investigation reports" identifying pertinent regulations, time lines and potential costs associated with the development of the various sites. Once the feasibility was completed, RWT/A developed site and landscape plans and obtained the necessary permits such as conditional use permits, special use permits, and variances, etc.
