R. W. Thorpe & Associates, Inc. prepared land use analysis reports and concept plans for properties along road way improvement projects. Portions of properties were bought The properties fronted public right of ways that will be widened. The information was given to an assessor to give an approximate value of the properties, the cost to bring the properties into conformance was analyzed and compared with the cities offered compensation. Conceptual site plans reflected the local jurisdiction's code before and after the road taking. The amount of existing parking stalls or retail cars and the circulation and landscape areas was also placed on site plans.
