R. W. Thorpe & Associates, Inc. drafted and finalized an Environmental Impact Statement for a 275,000 square foot retail shopping center to be located on a 23.4 acre site. The project site was located just south of the intersection of S.E. 256th Street and 104th Avenue S.E.
