Project Size: 450 Acres

An environmental impact statement was prepared for a 450 acre site, located east of Lake Sammamish. The EIS discussed the proposal to subdivide the property for single family residential development and subsequent rezone request. Later, a portion of the property was sectioned off for a proposed 18-hole golf course. An addendum to the EIS was prepared and submitted with a conditional use permit application. R. W. Thorpe & Associates, Inc. prepared an expanded environmental checklist was prepared for the golf course proposal.
